The "Whitewater" Room — Boats and Paddles is an upstairs room with a queen bed and a private balcony that overlooks the Folkestone Inn's grounds with a view across Deep Creek valley against a backdrop of the Smoky Mountains foothills. The room is decorated with prints and photographs of mountain river paddling, inspired by the whitewater thrills that await you on the Nantahala River and Deep Creek.
Private bath with old-fashioned clawfoot tub with shower. Hair dryer and herbal soap, shampoo, and bubble bath. Central air conditioning, with independent controls. Comfy robes, a CD player, and a copy of “Day Hikes of the Smokies” to enjoy while you are staying with us.
$133 - $153 double occupancy
Long Stay Discount: 20% discount for all nights after the first three.
Long holidays weekends require a three night minimum stay; weekends between May 1 and November 1 require a two night minimum stay. Shorter stays may become available, however, so please don't hesitate to call when you have a spur-of-the-moment urge to escape to the mountains. Also, the minimum stay requirement is removed two days before the calendar date.
