1 Granny Smith apple cut into thin slices 1/4 lb aged cheddar* cut into thin slices 2 Tbs good quality honey 4 small pretty plates
Layer apple & cheese slices. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp of honey. Serve.
* use a good quality aged cheddar cheese
