Makes enough to serve 8 to 10
Start with your favorite brownie recipe (or if you are in a super hurry, your favorite brownie mix). Instead of pouring the brownie batter into a 9x13 pan, pour into greased ramikans (fill each ramikan about 1/2 full). Sprinkle a Tablespoon of white chocolate chips over the top (throw on a few regular chocolate or butterscotch chips too if you like). Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. During baking, the dessert cup mixture will puff up like a souffle. During cooling, they will collapse and form a crater in the center of each....perfect for filling with a rich vanilla bean ice cream. If you are really decadent, drizzle a smidgen of hot fudge over the top and garnish with a dollop of whip cream and a sprig of mint!
